Our Volunteer Programs
- Community Builders: Grow our network of support to extend our reach.
- Partner Raising Team: Connect with churches, businesses, and individuals to recruit volunteers and donors. Every connection strengthens our mission.
- Practical Support – Keep our operations running smoothly with behind-the-scenes help.
- Maintenance Team: Repair, restore, and maintain our campus grounds. Use your skills to create safe, functional spaces for those in need.
- Transportation Team: Drive survivors to appointments, therapy, and outings. Safe, reliable transportation ensures access to care and normalcy.
- Urgent House Management Team: Prepare the urgent house for new survivors by cleaning and resetting the space. Every fresh start matters.
- Outreach Prep Team: Assemble and package meals for outreach nights. Your preparation brings nourishment and connection to the community.
- Field Operations: Step into hands-on service by meeting individuals where they are through outreach, advocacy, and RISE Team engagement.
- Reach One Teams: Meet people where they are through street outreach, hand out meals, and build trust. Tiered roles include:
- Tier 1: Lead conversations and identify those in need
- Tier 2: Assist with meal delivery and relationship-building
- Tier 3: Provide security for team safety
- RISE Teams: Join a team that rescues individuals in danger. Requires male security presence and a female advocate. Every rescue brings someone into safety.
- Reach One Teams: Meet people where they are through street outreach, hand out meals, and build trust. Tiered roles include:
- Relational & Lifestyle Support: Invest time and presence to enrich lives.
- House Mom Support: Spend evenings or weekends with survivors and their children, providing guidance, fun, and mentorship in a home-like environment.
- Outing Sponsors: Host and fund outings — a picnic, a movie, or adventure. Every outing creates joy, confidence, and memories.
- Safe House Mentors: Build a meaningful relationship with one survivor, guiding and encouraging her growth over time. Regular check-ins foster trust, confidence, and healing.
