This is a full time, live-in position in the Grace Oasis: Aftercare and Recovery Home. As the primary Caregiver in the home, you will be making a meaningful and personal contribution to needy children as a missionary who provides care that reflects God’s grace, mercy, and compassion. You will join a community that truly cares about one another and is working hard to reveal the life-transforming power of Jesus to those we serve and their families. This can be a married couple or an older single woman. Minimum education and experience: Associate Degree or two years of college study along with two years of supervisory experience. Prefer experience with at-risk or troubled teenage girls and previous residential program experience.
Also always in need of Respite Caregivers are (PRN) as needed for emergencies and for regular rotations of scheduled break times of the full time live in staff of Grace Oasis.

As well as, oversight of the I-care teams, residential homes, and staff under the Grace Oasis umbrella. You will help lead this organization along with other VP’s, the CEO and board. You will join a community that truly cares about one another and is working hard to reveal the life-transforming power of Jesus to those we serve and their families.
Minimum education and experience: Associate Degree or two years of college study along with two years of supervisory experience. Must be able to teach, train and do public speaking. Prefer experience with at-risk or troubled teens and group home program experience. Experience in ministry leadership, relationship building, trauma-informed care, counseling, and discipleship is a plus.
This is a full-time position in the Rescue 1 Global Executive Team.
As the Vice President of Prevention, your roles will include oversight and guidance in: developing, and giving oversight and leadership to Prevention programs including awareness & education programs. Develop R1G Mentor & Discipleship Program, along with the Executive Leadership Teams input and give oversight to mentor selection, communication, and ongoing training of our churches and task force groups as well as those volunteers inside your department. Help maintain donor relations that are specific to Prevention especially to Taskforce and outreach groups. Help R1G spearhead a program geared toward addressing the Demand side of human trafficking known as pornography & sexual addictions Provide support and direction to our team as well as task force groups as how to connect with local “wrap around” services needed, ie. (food banks, shelters, addiction centers, church-based recovery, support programs ect…) Create a specialized ongoing mentoring and discipleship of both gospel and human trafficking based education to those task force groups we serve. Help Develop and Implement Strategic Volunteer Engagement across the Prevention Department that funnels into other depts. You will help lead this organization along with other VP’s, the CEO and board. Development Department in the areas of: Grant writing and Research, Fundraiser coordination, Sponsorship programming and donor management.
This is a full-time position in the Rescue 1 Global Business Team. As the Development Director, your role will include oversight and guidance in:
Counselor/Therapist – This is a volunteer or part-time position (could become a full-time)
Requires a BS or MS degree in Psychology, Counseling or related field
Grace Oasis caregivers live in our on-site residential homes with the children entrusted to their care. Caregivers care for these wounded and broken children by sharing the healing power of Jesus and providing physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and spiritual care. The ages of children in our US facilities will range from 12-17 years old. All caregivers receive rigorous training according to licensure standards — learning how to care for the most visible need in a traumatized child’s life, while also giving attention to all the areas affected by that most pressing need, whether physical, emotional, educational, or spiritual.
Mentors
Someone that is passionate about walking with our clients and connecting with them in a healthy way. This person will be assigned one client and will meet with them 1-2 times a week. At first, at the house and then take the client to activities that they enjoy. This person is similar to a Big Sister and is there to show them proper cues to social interactions. (Multiple positions open)
Drivers
Someone that is available during the week to drive clients to various appointments and activities. This person could be available 1 day a week or multiple days. An excellent driving record and car insurance are needed for this position. (Multiple positions open)
Translators
Often times clients come to our program that do not speak English. Translators will be used to assist in communication with staff, law enforcement, and other government officials. Confidentiality is key as you will be hearing and translating important and traumatic parts of a client’s life. This is an essential needed position in multiple languages.(Mandarine Chinese, Spanish, Vietnamese, & Others)
